OUR HISTORY
Interpak was created by Mark Schmissrauter in 1992 after visiting the Interpack trade show in Duesseldorf Germany. During the show Mark developed a vision of diversifying his family’s printing and packaging business, which has been operating since 1924.
Mark quickly realized the demand for automation and end of line packaging. With customers immediately requesting automatic loading systems, thermoforming and automated case packing, Mark and team had it’s first installation complete in 1994.
Over the next 15 years Interpak installed 250+ production lines in North America and Europe. 2009 Mark felt it was necessary to further diversify. Adding horizontal & vertical pouch machines to the product portfolio and offering entire turnkey packaging systems. Including primary packaging, secondary packaging, and palletizing.
Since then, the company’s focus has been on customer service and continued growth throughout North America and Europe.
